Everyone's home repair needs are different, and it can be hard to know where to begin. If you answer yes to the following four questions, you may qualify for an INHP home repair loan.

Is your home located in Indianapolis/Marion County?

Does the home serve as your primary residence?

Is your name on the home’s title?

Are you current on the mortgage payments, property taxes and homeowner’s insurance?

Please note that the opportunity to obtain a repair loan is based on funding availability. Income and other eligibility restrictions apply. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

INHP's Home Repair Loan program is experiencing high demand and funding for the program is nearly exhausted.

 

If you choose to continue with the registration process, you will be added to a waitlist. 

 

We cannot guarantee anyone added to the waitlist will receive funding.

 

As funding becomes available, INHP staff will contact waitlisted clients to discuss next steps in the process.
