Homeowner Development Fees Waived in April

Want another good reason to complete your INHP Homebuyer Assessment and join the Homebuyer Preparation Program ASAP? Here’s a great one – no fees in April! 

To celebrate National Financial Literacy Month in April, INHP is waiving our one-on-one homeownership advising fees. That means, you can meet free of charge with a HUD-certified homeownership advisor who will help guide and coach you through a personalized plan, so you get financially prepared and learn about the homebuying process.

To take advantage, first complete the online registration process. Then schedule your INHP Homebuyer Assessment before April 30, 2024. Once you’ve qualified by an INHP homeownership advisor, you’ll learn which program is right for you, and your fee will be waived.
