INHP announces new board of directors roster for 2025

The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership® (INHP) announces new officers and members to its 2025 board of directors. The INHP board is comprised of eight mayoral appointees, five United Way of Central Indiana appointees, eight contributing members and three at-large community members.

New board officers for 2025 include:

  • Chairperson – Marshawn Wolley, president, Black Onyx Management, Inc.
  • Vice Chairperson – John Hirshman, president and CEO, Browning
  • Secretary – Lacy DuBose III, vice president of agency sales, North Central Market, State Farm
  • Treasurer – Nicole Lorch, president and CEO, First Internet Bank

“A home is so much more than housing,” said Wolley. “It can impact your health, wealth and sense of security. I am privileged to serve with an impressive group of business, nonprofit, government and civic leaders as we seek to empower Indianapolis residents in their housing journey.”

New board members for 2025 include:

  • Mayoral appointee – Gurinder Kaur, CEO, Immigrant Welcome Center
  • Mayoral appointee – Jennifer Fults, deputy director, Department of Metropolitan Development, City of Indianapolis
  • Mayoral appointee – Emmy Hildebrand, CEO, Helping Veterans & Families
  • Contributor – Michael Stewart, president, First Merchants Bank

INHP also has eight advisory board members who provide their skills, leadership and expertise to benefit INHP programs and services. New to the advisory board in 2025 is William Bower, senior vice president, Oak Street Funding/First Financial Bank. Bower is a former INHP board member.

In 2024, nearly 2,500 families became more empowered consumers through INHP’s comprehensive homebuyer education and advising programs, and 212 achieved their goal of qualifying for a mortgage. INHP also impacted the addition or preservation of hundreds of affordable housing units, including the much-celebrated completion of its 100th affordable home.
