GETTING REGISTERED WITH INHP

We’re excited you’ve chosen INHP! We’ve empowered thousands of people to pursue homeownership, and we start by understanding where each unique journey begins.

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is a three-part process. When you have completed these steps, we’ll be ready to introduce you to your INHP team who will guide you on your homeownership journey.

Take a short quiz

Because no two homeownership journeys are the same, we’ll ask five questions below to gain some general insight about your goals and your finances. We will use this information to help us assemble the most effective INHP team to guide you throughout the process.

Complete registration

After completing the quiz, you will be directed to the online registration. We’ll collect more details about you (and any co-applicant with whom you plan to purchase a home), including contact information, household income, demographic profile (for reporting purposes only), and social security number.

If applicable, a soft-pull credit report fee will be charged. The cost is $35 for an individual report and $70 for a joint/unmarried report.

Upload documents

We’ll need a few documents to help us understand your financial picture.

After you fill out the registration form, look for an email describing the necessary documents to upload and an encoded link to send them securely. You will have five days to complete this step.
