Rob Evans

Executive Vice President, Homeownership Initiatives

Rob Evans has more than 21 years of experience in mortgage lending. Evans oversees INHP’s single-family residential lending and homeownership preparation program areas. His community board service includes acting as the current chair of the Indianapolis Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board, current co-chair of the Live IndyEast Committee for the IndyEast Promise Zone, member of Prosperity Indiana, selection committee member for Renew Indianapolis and steering committee member of Reconnecting to Our Waterways.

Joe Hanson

Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Joe Hanson brings more than 25 years of banking experience to INHP. Hanson engages with a diverse range of private and public partners to develop and implement neighborhood-driven housing initiatives. In the community, he serves on the steering committee for the Great Places 2020 initiative and is Co-chair of the initiative’s Vitality Committee.

Morgan Hoover

Vice President, Philanthropy and Marketing

Morgan Hoover is a Certified Fundraising Executive with more than a decade of fundraising experience. Hoover currently serves as a board member and Governance Committee Chair for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a member of the Central Indiana Community Foundation Women’s Fund Grants Committee. She was named one of Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders in 2019 by Open Pivot.

Laurie Jones

Director of Homeownership Development and Client Services

Laurie Jones is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor with nearly 30 years of nonprofit experience. She leads INHP’s team of advisors who work one-on-one with clients on their homeownership journey. Laurie is a graduate of LEAD, an Indianapolis leadership program. She is a member of the Indianapolis Asset Building Coalition and the Indiana Money Smart Committee. She also is an alumni member of OPTIONS (a Women’s Fund of Central Indiana Community Foundation program).

Trevor Meeks

Vice President, Single Family Lending

Trevor Meeks has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, including community lending and affordable lending to low- and moderate-income (LMI) borrowers and LMI census tracts. Meeks manages INHP’s lending activities and operations, including the rehab department that provides home repair project guidance.
