Home Repair Program Registration Open for 2025

If you’re a homeowner, you probably know that getting home repairs and upgrades done right – not just “putting a band-aid on it” – can prevent larger, more expensive problems down the road. INHP’s home repair program offers homeowners with limited budgets the financing, assistance and project guidance needed to make affordable repairs, so they can stay in the homes they love.

Once eligibility is determined, the INHP team will guide you though identifying repairs and selecting a contractor.  Next, we’ll go over the financing options you qualify for – whether it’s first-come, first-served assistance from FHLBI or a no-interest INHP loan. We’re focused on helping you find an affordable option for fixing your home with minimal out-of-pocket expenses.
