INHP Moved on July 1, 2024

Integrating our offices will allow INHP departments and staff to work together more effectively and enhance the customer experience for both clients and partners. Additionally, more space and flexibility at the new location will provide INHP with the opportunity to grow as an organization, better accommodate current operations, and will lead to a more effective use of resources for expanding and enhancing services. 

On July 1, 2024, the INHP offices of 3550 N. Washington Blvd. and 2620 Kessler Blvd. E Dr. #230 closed while the organization moves to the new location. Most staff are working remotely during the week of July 1-5.

On July 8, 2024, INHP will resume, business as usual, from its new office. 

INHP’s new, united location is at Brougher Plaza 2960 N Meridian St., Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46208. This is just north of downtown, close to I-65 and on the IndyGo Red Line at the Museum/30th Street Stop. The building’s front entrance is directly across the street from the corner of the Children’s Museum where three life-size dinosaur sculptures appear to be bursting out of the building.  

Yes. Brougher Plaza has ample free visitor parking spots labeled in front of the building facing 30th Street.

Additional parking can be found on the west side of the building across Illinois Street in the open, fenced lot.

When driving to our new office building, parking is available along North Illinois Street.

When driving on N. Illinois Street:

Turn right into the gated parking lot. Then, turn left in front of the building’s entrance (past a circle drive) and find free visitor parking facing W. 30^th Street (The Children’s Museum). There is plenty of free visitor parking marked on the pavement, including spaces for those who use wheelchairs and/or have limited mobility.

When driving on W. 30^th Street:

Turn left into the gated parking lot. Free visitor parking faces W. 30^th Street (The Children’s Museum). There is plenty of free visitor parking labeled with signs, including spaces for those who use wheelchairs and/or have limited mobility.

Yes. To the left of the building’s main entrance is a smaller parking lot for visitors, including parking for people with mobility and physical disabilities. Each of these spots are labeled with a sign. There is a wheelchair-accessible ramp with a path leading to the front entrance of the building. The building and our office also are wheelchair accessible.

Enter the building through the main, front entrance, which faces the circle drive. The entryway is wheelchair accessible.

After entering the building, locate the elevators. Take an elevator to the third (3) floor. When you arrive on the third floor, go through the set of double doors and you will see our office, suite 300.

Most staff are working remotely during the week of July 1-5 and available by email and phone, unless individual staff members state otherwise. However, all INHP operations are closed in observance of Independence Day, July 4. 

If you go to the wrong address and/or location at the time of your appointment, INHP will determine on a case-by-case basis if you need to reschedule your appointment according to your advisor and/or loan officers’ schedules.

After July 1, all INHP education classes will be held at our new location, Brougher Plaza. Since INHP advisors and other staff will be under the same roof as our classes, the building will be familiar and more accessible to our clients.  

We expect no impact to INHP's online registration process during the physical move; you will be able to submit all forms and upload required documents normally.

INHP will monitor any online registrations during this time to ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
