INHP promotes Trevor Meeks to Chief Consumer Solutions Officer
INDIANAPOLIS (March 11, 2025) – The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership® (INHP) announces the promotion of Trevor Meeks to chief consumer solutions officer. Meeks will lead the strategic direction and implementation of all INHP consumer solutions programming, including homebuyer and financial literacy education, homeownership advising and consumer lending. Meeks was previously vice president of homeownership initiatives at INHP.
“During his nine years at INHP, Trevor has been a steadfast advocate for the families we serve through a rollercoaster of housing market conditions,” said Gina Miller, president and CEO of INHP. “Through his thoughtful, strategic and innovative leadership, Trevor is a critical member of INHP’s executive team and has built an incredible mission-focused team supporting the hard work and success of so many families. I look forward to the continued contributions he and his team will make.”
For more than 20 years as a financial services professional, Meeks has focused on providing affordable lending to encourage people with low or moderate incomes to realize their dreams of homeownership. Through his work at INHP, his leadership has been instrumental in numerous consumer financing strategies, most recently including:
- Arnold Place, one of the city’s largest affordable homeownership projects being developed by INHP
- Rental Bridge, Matched Savings and Bridge to Homeownership programs, which support and complement the economic mobility programming of 15 local neighborhood-serving organizations, and
- Community Lift, a mortgage lending program for income-eligible borrowers who identify their race or ethnicity as a minority, or will be purchasing a home in a majority minority census tract.
