Buy a home anywhere in Marion County, and you may qualify for $9,646.50 in down payment assistance. Or, buy a home within either of the two designated areas shown below, and you could qualify for $12,862 in down payment assistance.

INHP’s Mortgage Accelerator program helps you own your new home in as few as 20 years without a high interest rate or high monthly payment.
MAKE HOME REPAIRS
If you already own a home within either of the two designated areas shown below, use Anchor Housing funds to improve your home's exterior. Qualifying repairs may include siding, roof repairs, replacement windows, gutters and more.

PROGRAM AVAILABILITY
The program is first-come, first-served. A limited number of forgivable home purchase loans or forgivable home repair loans are available.* Individuals may only participate in the program one time.
HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE & ADVISING
If you are buying a home, unbiased loan officers will help you compare interest rates, down payment and loan terms so you can choose the right loan for you. If needed, INHP offers pre-purchase homeownership advising. Click here for information about advising and related costs.
HOMEBUYER EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Homebuyers using the program to purchase a home must take INHP’s Homebuyer Education Class. Click here for information about the class and related costs.
HOME REPAIR OVERSIGHT
